Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refunds for Partial Months of Service
Personify operates on a month-to-month subscription basis, and as such, refunds are not provided for partial months of service. Once a billing cycle has started, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for that month.

2. Free Cancellation for the Next Billing Cycle
Customers are free to cancel their subscription at any time. When a cancellation request is received, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. This means you will not be charged for the next billing period, but you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the current billing period.

3. Refund for Unused Service in Case of Service Unavailability
In rare cases of prolonged service unavailability due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or credit for the period during which the service was unusable. This is to ensure fairness and to maintain the quality of your experience with Personify.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To initiate the cancellation process or to discuss refund eligibility in the case of service outages, please contact us at hello@gopersonify.com. Our support team will guide you through the cancellation process. Please allow up to 10 business days for any eligible refunds to be processed.
